She attended Bella Vista High School and attained her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from UC Davis. Dr. Cindy then completed her dental degree at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She was a chief resident at the UCLA College of Dentistry where she completed her Residency for Pediatric Dentistry and became a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Cindy has advanced training in psychology, developmental disabilities, and infant dental care. In 2011, Dr. Cindy graduated from the Kellogg School of Dental Managements Executive MBA Program for dentists. She was accepted into the American College of Dentists Fellowship for outstanding ethics and professional commitment. She has created educational programs, oral health brochures, and published research on children grinding their teeth. She has annually been selected by her peers as a Top Pediatric Dentist in Sacramento.
Dr. Cindy is an active community leader, serving in different capacities for the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program, the Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Board, the First Five Commission of Sacramento County, and the Sacramento District Dental Society. She was recognized by the California Dental Association for her continued community involvement, and she was acknowledged by the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped for volunteer dental services for disabled patients. She was voted Person of the Year by the Roseville/Granite Bay readers of Style Magazine.
While a student at Bella Vista High School, he spent time in the practice learning all about pediatric dentistry and helping Dr. Mike Weideman with patients. He was awarded the Sunrise Dental Plaza College Scholarship, and went on to graduate from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He attained his dental degree at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and completed his pediatric residency at Rady Childrens Hospital where he was the chief resident. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
He is an active community leader. He has coached his three childrens competitive and recreational soccer and baseball teams over the years, where they have won local and state recognition. He continues to direct his church youth choir, where they sing and serve at state and local rescue missions each year.
