Best dentist Ive been to and Ive had dental work done all over the world. Dr. Takher and his staff are amazing. Professional, kind and fun to visit. I left the dentist I had seen prior to Dr. Takher and Im so happy I found him. If you have a fear of dentists, he and his staff will put you at ease and treat you as if you were their only patient. He communicates well with his patients and sets you at ease. I cant say enough positive things about my experience. If you are looking for an amazing dentist and staff, this is the place to go! My 10 year old daughter had her first cavity filled. After the visit, I asked her how she did with the needle for numbing. Dr. Takher is so skilled and made her feel at ease, that she didnt even realize there were needles involved! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. Great businesses like these are so hard to find!! Barb W.
Unfortunately, my son got hurt at preschool when another child pushed my son on a bike and got some of his teeth pushed back. We took him to a our regular dentist in Fairfield where they recommended extensive work. We were uncomfortable with all the recommended work so we decided to ask some friends and family for recommendations and Pena Adobe Dental Care was mentioned multiple times. We decided to take him to Dr. Takher for a second opinion and were very happy we did! Dr. Takher was able to correct our sons teeth with about only half of what was recommended from our regular dentist in Fairfield. Dr. Takher and his associates were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Pena Adobe Dental Care is now our new go to dentistry. David L.
I dont often right 5 star reviews but this one far exceeds my hopes and expectations. I normally right my reviews on my phone but this one deserved me to right it on my computer. I just had a c- section a couple weeks ago and for some reason woke up with the worse tooth ache and I was on pain meds. It was hurting more than my incision from c section. This dentist office is a hidden gem. When you walk in your welcomed by the sweetest receptionist ever. Its newly remodeled and looks beautiful. The dentist squeeze me in and I overheard that he had squeezed someone else in also. Talk about dedication! He made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I honestly felt like I was the only patient there. You would have never known there was multiple patients there at one time. He did a root canal on me and now my pain is completely gone. He was fast, efficient and one of the nicest dentist. If youre looking for an amazing dentist office look no further. You will be treated with the at upmost respect and have a wonderful experience. This is the cleanest and most organized dentist office Ive ever visited. From the moment I walked in the staff was courteous and diligent. They didnt make me feel bad for not going to a dentist in the last couple years. They made me feel like it was ok and they will just take care of me regardless, which they did. They had me in and out of there in a jiffy, who likes hanging out at a dentists office!? I usually dread going to the dentist but I really cant wait to go back and have my teeth worked on. Jr F.
This was my first visit today and I immediately switched my whole family to this dentist. Dr Takher was super upbeat and funny and seemed to truly enjoy and take pride in his job. The entire office was welcoming and gave us their undivided attention. I felt like Id been going there for years. Each and every member was well educated in their position and extremely professional. Every procedure was explained in detail and and any necessary referrals were done immediately. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. I brought my daughter in later in the morning with an abscessed tooth. It was a quick and easy experience. I just cant emphasize enough how great their professionalism and work ethic is. Shilpa Takher is Dr. Amani Takhers wife and Director of Finance and Administration. She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Accounting. Prior to her transition to Pea Adobe Dental Care, she spent several years in the financial services industry focused on accounting and relationship management. She currently oversees the operations of the practice with an emphasis on finances and marketing. She brings a fresh and unique perspective to the practice with her background outside of the dental industry. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends and is also passionate about cooking, fitness, and traveling.
Aubri Jones is the Office Manager at Pea Adobe Dental Care. She has been in the dental field since 1999. She enjoys meeting and getting to know the patients and friends of the practice, and always has an open ear for you. Aubri is knowledgeable about dental insurance plans, and prides herself providing accurate treatment costs and being able to utilize patients benefits effectively. Outside of work, Aubri enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends. She loves cycling and anything bicycle related, hiking, traveling and clean eating.
Amber Baumbach is one of our amazing registered dental assistants. She has been in the dental field since 2000 and goes above and beyond to care for her patients. When she is not working or watching her boys sporting events, she enjoys camping, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.
Nicole LaBeau is happy to help you at the front desk as our scheduling coordinator. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive environment from the moment you walk through the door. Outside of work she is passionate about spending time with her family, being amongst nature, and gardening.
Amber Maldonado is one of our phenomenal registered dental assistants. Patients love her relaxing demeanor and spunky personality. Amber is passionate about her job, music and her dog, Stiles. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends camping, hiking or just staying in.
Dana Lockwood is one of our outstanding dental hygienists. Dana attended The University of the Pacific and received her dental hygiene license in 2008. Dana loves working with patients to ensure they receive the best care, with a gentle and personal touch. Having recently move back to Northern California, Dana has enjoyed being closer to family and has embraced her new role as mom to her daughter Penny. In her spare time, Dana enjoys tennis, playing the piano, watching tv, movies and sports.
Aileen Lucas is one of our most experienced dental hygienists. She has over twelve years of hygiene experience in dental offices throughout the Bay Area. Her trademark is the genuine care that she provides to each and every patient she sees. When shes not in the office she loves to travel, cook and hit the gym.
