A native of Russia, he moved to the Bay Area at the age of 20, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from San Francisco State University in 1996, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2001. Outside of work, he enjoys his time with his wife Regina and his two children Max and Katherine.

A 4th generation Santa Rosa native, Amy received her BA in Art History from UCSB. Upon moving back, she became a Florist, an Esthetician, and then a Dental Hygienist in 2008. In her professional life, she cares sincerely for her patients and their needs. She believes in treating each person as the unique individual they are. As in her personal life, she approaches her work with a whole-person methodology. Amy spends her time with her large fun family and dear friends, as well as her beloved Maine Coon kitties and Heeler puppies. As a lifelong singer, she follows the music scene closely and loves to see inspiring live performances. She also loves to travel exercising her passions for skiing, walking, and swimming everywhere she goes.
Lindsay has been a registered dental assistant for more than 20 years. Youll undoubtedly notice her genuine concern about your comfort and why so many of our patients enjoy her outgoing personality. She was born and raised in Oregon and now resides in Novato. She is married and has a grown daughter. She loves animals and sets aside time to feed feral cats. Her other interests include gardening, cooking, and following the local jazz band Stompy Jones.
Camille has been in dentistry for more than 30 years. Born and raised in New York, she studied dental hygiene directly after high school and then received her Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York. She feels the best part of her work day is individualizing the needs of her patients because each person is unique. Camille has been a California resident for more than 20 years and raised her family here in Terra Linda. Her downtime is spent with family and friends enjoying the outdoors of Northern California.
Luppe has been working in the dental world as a treatment coordinator and patient scheduler for four years. Shes passionate about dentistry and loves helping patients. Great customer service and patient satisfaction are her top priorities. Luppe was raised in Petaluma and is also a college student. When shes not working or studying, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family as well as her maltipoo Sophie.
Valeriya has extensive knowledge of insurance and finances which allows for every patient to receive the care that they deserve. She demands excellence from the staff and doctors to make your visit to our office cheerful, relaxing, and at the highest standard. For more than 20 years, Valeriya has called San Francisco home. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her daughter and friends.

I've been going to EvoSmile (Dr. Ochev) for many years and can't say enough good things about this dental practice. The quality of care that my wife and I have received over the years remains unsurpassed. The staff are all very professional and truly care about oral health. Dr. Ochev and the various hygienists are detailed and thorough when it comes to exams and cleanings. I can't recommend this place enough (and always do when referring friends or co-workers). Best dental office in Marin! I've never felt the need to leave a review for a business until I became a patient at Evosmile. In the past I've been very afraid of going to the dentist. Meeting Dr.Ochev and his team was the best thing that could've happened to myself and my teeth. I've had cavities filled and the numbing has always been one of the scariest parts of going to the dentist. Dr.Ochev really made sure I was comfortable when getting a filling at his office and it was the smoothest process. Best experience at a dental office anyone can have. Thanks to Lindsay and Yessie as well for being such professional assistants. Great customer service from the front desk Valeriya and Nancy. From scheduling my next appointment as soon as they had availability to billing my insurance as well as paying my estimated co pay up front. Camille was my hygienist this visit and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and how thorough she is. As a patient you truly feel like you are walking out with the cleanest teeth! Caring and warm office. They take the time to explain procedures and give patients information to make decisions for themselves about which procedures have to happen and which can wait if needed. Helpful with insurance processing too. And happy with the dental procedures that they have done for me. Recommend!

Modern, technology-savvy practice with an emphasis on patient experience and safety in this Covid times. The hygienists are through and professional and the dentist cares a lot for his patients, ahas great chair-side manners and does a great job. Wether you have a complicated procedure or a simple cleaning, this is the practice to go to!

I recently had my first cavity ever filled by Dr. Igor and his team. Specifically Lindsey made me feel quite at ease. She was able to make me focus on other things and the doctor was able to get his work done. It was relatively painless and I was in and out in under an hour which is faster than I get my oil changed!

Literally... we talk about them at the dinner table like they are our good friends. They are diligent in their dental work, personable, responsive, and caring. The office is welcoming, clean, and organized. Scheduling couldn't be easier and their use of text reminders and confirmations helps us all stay on top of our appointments during our busy lives. On another note, I just returned from my first teeth cleaning since the implementation of COVID-19 restrictions, and I am thoroughly impressed with their procedures and the ease of my visit. Definitely the best dental office I've ever been too. I recently had some deep cleanings and replaced some very old bonding with new veneers.
