Dentistry By Design of Marin

Kathy has been in dentistry for over 40 years! She was trained in San Francisco at the Dental Nurses College and she heads our front office reception. Kathy has specialized training in insurance and treatment financing and helps guide our patients care. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Susie has been in dentistry for over 30 years and is the innovator behind our office interior design. She is our office manager and also assures that our office is providing the highest level of patient service. Outside of the office, Susie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs and exercising.

Becky has been a member of our team since 2008. She received her RDH degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, where she graduated with honors. She has specialized training in lasers and gum therapy and prides herself in patient comfort. Outside of the office, Becky enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, and scuba diving.

Kathy has been a member of our team for over 10 years. She received her RDH degree from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, CA. Kathy has specialized training in lasers and gum therapy and has a natural ability to comfort her patients. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys gardening and crushing her home grown grapes for wine!

Wende has been in dentistry for over 30 years and with our team since 2006. She started as a dental assistant and then graduated from SRJC in dental hygiene. Wende also teaches dental assisting at College of Marin. She specializes in patient care and education. Wende has certificates / licenses in lasers and homebound patient care. When she is not busy in the world of dentistry she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling and especially hanging with her husband and Pug DUKE:)

Marisol has been a team member for over 2 years. She attended the College of Marin for her RDA. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her friends, and watching scary movies.

Lauren was born and raised in Novato and grew up coming to our office as a patient. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Biology and then went on to attend Dental Hygiene School at Santa Rosa Junior College where she graduated with highest honors. She joined our team in 2020 and looks forward to providing her patients with the finest care. Her time outside of the office is spent enjoying time with her family, friends, dogs, and her significant other, Kevin.

Graduated from College of Marin's Dental Assisting Program as president of her class with her associate in Health Sciences. She started her dental career in 2019 at Marin Community Clinics and then joined our team in 2020. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as going on hikes with her two dogs Peanut and Rocco.
